At Shree Govind Fashions, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
• The product is not damaged by the customer

⚠️ Products showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Jewelry items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Customized or altered products
• Products bought under clearance or sale (if mentioned)
• Items returned after 2 days of delivery

Return Process

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after quality inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
